Full Extract Cannabis Oil (FECO)

What is Full Extract Cannabis Oil (FECO)?

Full Extract Cannabis Oil, or FECO, is a potent, thick, dark cannabis extract that contains all the active compounds from the plant. Unlike isolated oils, such as CBD or THC isolates, FECO contains the full spectrum of cannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids.

In other words: everything the plant has to offer. FECO is known for its strong effects and is primarily used for medicinal purposes.

How is Full Extract Cannabis Oil made?

FECO is usually made by soaking dried cannabis in a food-grade solvent like ethanol. During this process, cannabinoids and other active compounds are extracted from the plant material.

The mixture is then filtered, and the solvent is slowly evaporated, leaving behind a thick, sticky oil.

This oil contains:

  • THC and/or CBD (depending on the plant used)
  • Other cannabinoids such as CBN, CBG
  • Terpenes, flavonoids, and chlorophyll

Because everything from the plant is preserved, FECO is much more powerful than, for example, over-the-counter CBD oil.

How do you use Full Extract Cannabis Oil?

FECO is usually taken orally, for example:

  • In small amounts under the tongue
  • On a spoon, taken directly
  • Processed into capsules

Because of its strength, it’s used in microdoses—sometimes as small as a grain of rice. It can also be applied to the skin but is rarely smoked or vaporized.

Full Extract Cannabis Oil is not the same as RSO (Rick Simpson Oil), although the production process and intended use often overlap.

When should you choose Full Extract Cannabis Oil?

FECO is especially suitable for people seeking:

  • Maximum medicinal effectiveness
  • A full spectrum of cannabinoids
  • Natural support for chronic conditions

It is a popular choice among people with serious conditions like epilepsy, chronic pain, inflammation, or cancer. FECO is often seen as a powerful, plant-based alternative to pharmaceutical drugs.

Note: Due to the high concentration, careful dosing is essential.
